During major Indian holidays such as Diwali, Holi, and Raksha Bandhan, classes may not follow the regular timetable, and the graduation date may be extended by one day.

Accommodation & Food

Guests stay in comfortable, clean, and hygienic rooms with attached bathrooms, hot and cold water, free Wi-Fi, proper furniture, water throughout the day, and CCTV security. The school is located close to nature and within walking distance of local shops, cafes, and daily essentials. Currency exchange is available at the airport or nearby in Rishikesh, and Indian SIM cards can be purchased at the airport, in the local market, or at the school reception with ID and passport.

For travel to India, a tourist visa or e-visa is required, with validity ranging from 30 to 180 days depending on the type selected. Rishikesh is well connected, and travelers arriving at Delhi International Airport may continue by taxi or by domestic flight to Jolly Grant International Airport in Dehradun. Taxi arrangements can be made on request, and airport pick-up from Delhi is available at an additional charge of $100.

Seasonal weather varies from October to February, when conditions are cold with a cool breeze, to March to June, which is summer season and June is the hottest month. July to September brings the rainy season, with blue skies and beautiful mountain views.
