What kind of yoga do we teach?
We are devoted to the traditional path of Hatha Yoga, honoring its essence and ancient wisdom. At times, in harmony with the rhythm of the class, we also gently introduce elements from the primary series of Ashtanga Yoga, inviting you to experience another dimension of practice. Strong emphasis is placed on inner awareness and alignment. As you work through the asanas, you will not only learn to master the postures, but also gain the skills to create your own sequences and share yoga with others. We also value subtle energy practices, pranayama, and meditation as pathways to deeper self-discovery and transformation. Through these timeless methods, you will explore the connection between mind, body, and spirit, and cultivate greater harmony within.
How much emphasis is given to teaching methodology and practice?
Our courses are as interactive and practical as possible. There are many opportunities for teaching practice, including two practical exams with feedback from peers and tutors to support your development as a teacher.
Will I be able to teach after the course?
Absolutely. Our programs are designed to help you reach your full potential, whether you are just beginning or already have years of experience. We believe there is a strong demand for well-trained yoga teachers, and we are here to help you become one.
