Step into the path of yoga and move closer to becoming a certified yoga teacher.
This 100 hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh India is ideal for anyone who wants to explore the foundations of yoga without committing to a longer program. It is especially well suited to beginners, as well as practitioners who want to strengthen their daily practice. Over 13 days, the course offers a balanced blend of theory and practical training, introducing traditional Hatha Yoga postures, dynamic vinyasa flow techniques, and the structured discipline of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Even if these styles sound challenging at first, the teaching is designed to make them clear and approachable.
Beyond yoga asana, the training includes meditation techniques, pranayama, and the philosophy of yoga. You will also study yoga anatomy in a way that is practical, engaging, and useful for both personal practice and future teaching. This program forms the first part of the 200 hour yoga teacher training course, allowing you to pause after this segment and return later to complete the second part when you are ready. Once both parts are finished, you may receive full Yoga Alliance certification.
Alongside the daily classes, the school also offers yin yoga teacher training, sound healing, reiki healing, yoga retreats, and Ayurveda courses. Whether you are just beginning or looking to deepen your understanding, this training supports ongoing learning and self-exploration.
