What kind of yoga do we teach?
We are devoted to the traditional path of Hatha Yoga, honoring its essence and ancient wisdom. At times, in harmony with the flow of the class, we gently include elements from the primary series of Ashtanga Yoga, allowing you to experience different dimensions of practice. Internal awareness and alignment remain central throughout. As you explore the asanas, you will not only learn the postures in depth, but also develop the ability to create your own sequences and share yoga with others. We also value subtle energy practices, pranayama, and meditation, which open the door to deeper self-discovery and inner transformation.
How much emphasis is given to teaching methodology and practice?
The training is designed to be highly interactive and practical. You will have many opportunities to teach, including two practical exams with feedback from peers and tutors, helping you grow steadily as a teacher.
Will I be able to teach after the course?
Absolutely. This program is created to support your full potential, whether you are beginning a new chapter or already have years of experience. With strong demand for well-trained yoga teachers, the course is here to help you step forward with confidence.
