Ayurveda Yoga Massage: This is a therapeutic practice that can be experienced as a sequence of treatments or as a deeply relaxing, detoxifying, and rejuvenating session. It is firm yet gentle on the entire body, combining full-body massage strokes with yoga stretching techniques. Step by step, you will be guided to work through chronic tension and learn how to offer a complete Ayurvedic Yoga Massage.

Reflexology Hand & Feet: Foot reflexology can be a deeply restorative and therapeutic modality for people dealing with plantar fasciitis, ankle injuries, or the strain of daily activity. The therapist uses traditional Swedish and sports massage techniques on the foot, calf, and upper leg. This approach may help ease toe pain, ankle pain, plantar fasciitis, and common forms of arthritis, while also reducing stress and anxiety throughout the body. Stretching techniques may also be included. Reflexology is the practice of applying pressure to the feet and hands using specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques. It is based on a system of zones and reflex areas that mirror the body on the feet and hands, with the aim of creating physical change in corresponding areas of the body.
