Class types:

A. Daily (drop-in) Yoga Class (Offline or Online): Asana, pranayama, and relaxation. Duration: minimum 60 minutes and up to 90 minutes or more, depending on need.
B. Special Yoga Class (Offline or Online): Classes may include asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha, shat-karma, meditation, Tantra, Kundalini, chakra, 3 nadis, Tantra for couples, Swara Yoga, Prana Vidya, Reiki, Yoga Nidra, and yoga cleansing. These may be arranged as 15 Hours Hatha Asana Training with Certification, 15 Hours Kundalini Asana Training with Certification, 15 Hours Pranayama Training with Certification, 15 Hours Yoga Nidra Training with Certification, 15 Hours Prana Vidya Training with Certification, 15 Hours Chakra Training with Certification, Yoga workshop, Yoga therapy, Study of Scriptures, Life and Philosophy (Darshan), and Yoga counselling.

Duration: Programs run for varied lengths, from 2 days onward, including 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 days and more. One session lasts at least 60 minutes and, in exceptional cases, may extend to 90 minutes or beyond.

Attention: Classes can be adapted according to individual needs. Anyone with a special requirement is encouraged to mention it so the appropriate yoga class can be arranged.

Counselling: This service is available by prior request only. It is generally offered to individuals, and in some cases to groups, for support with physical, mental, emotional, psychic, and related concerns through Tantric and Yogic disciplines. The approach may include Tantric and Yogic practices, silence, fasting as suggested, prescribed food, and meaningful changes in daily lifestyle. During counselling, the issues are explored in detail so that suitable findings can be reached and a compact program can be created for ongoing practice. Rohit Kumar listens carefully, offers guidance, and helps create a safer space where answers can emerge from within. Questions are always welcome. Duration: up to 1 hour, though it may be extended if needed.

Schedule: The daily schedule begins at 7:30am. Students are expected to wake up at that time except in special circumstances. Programs are tentative and may change according to need. Classes run 6 days a week.

7:30am – Herbal tea/drink
8:00am to 10:00am – Hatha Yoga asana and pranayama followed by relaxation
10:00am to 11:00am – Big meal (lunch/brunch)
11:00am to 12:00pm – Rest
12:00pm to 1:00pm – Lecture (Anatomy, Philosophy, etc.)
1:30pm to 2:00pm – Fruit/fruit juice
2:30pm to 3:30pm – Meditation and relaxation, with lecture and practice alternating
3:30pm to 4:30pm – Personal cleaning and Karma Yoga
4:30pm to 6:30pm – Asana, alignment and adjustments, including theory, practical training, and teaching practices
6:30pm to 7:30pm – Dinner
7:30pm to 8:30pm – Kirtan, chanting, and video show, etc. (optional session)
9:30pm – Bedtime

- 4000 INR per 30 minutes from the second counselling onward for the same overseas/NRI student. The first 15 minutes of the first counselling are free for everyone, after which participants may decide whether to continue.
