Our 100-Hour Meditation Teacher Training in Rishikesh is a foundational program for two kinds of seekers: those who want to strengthen their own meditation practice, and those who feel called to teach meditation and share its benefits with others. As a structured and comprehensive starting point, this course opens the door to the essential principles behind meditative practice.
Rather than simply learning how to sit in silence, you will explore the science, philosophy, and art of meditation. The training is intended to help you gain mental clarity, cultivate inner steadiness, and develop an authentic voice for guiding others toward peace.

A steady meditation practice is supported by a healthy body. This module includes gentle Hatha and Vinyasa sequences to open the hips, strengthen the back, and prepare the body for stillness.
Learn the basics of finding your voice, structuring a simple guided meditation, and creating a safe space for students.

Raj Yoga Rishikesh is a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance. This 100-Hour Meditation training is recognized as a Continuing Education Program. Upon successful completion, you may register these 100 hours as YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider) credits, strengthening your professional profile as a yoga teacher.
