Each session blends a thoughtful sequence of yoga asanas with guided meditation to help steady the mind, deepen the breath, and expand overall awareness. The practice is designed to support flexibility, balance, and strength while creating a calm and grounded atmosphere.
This is a mixed-level class, and beginners are always welcome. Everyone is invited to practice at their own pace and in a way that feels appropriate for their individual needs and abilities.
Please bring a large towel and a sticky mat if you have one.
