Designed to build strength, improve stability, and engage the whole body, it offers an effective way to move with precision and purpose.
With a maximum of just 7 participants, the small-group format allows for personal guidance and close attention throughout the session, helping you get the most from every movement. The class is suitable for all levels and created with safety in mind. If you have any specific injury or health concern, please get in touch before booking. Prenatal members are also welcome to attend until 15 weeks of pregnancy.
