Dr. Paul and the Samahita team will lead guests through a rich blend of yoga, meditation, core strength work, and cycle classes. The practice approach includes seated meditation, focused breathwork that develops into pranayama, and the physical side of yoga through asana. In the spirit of the YogaCoreCycle program, core strength sessions and cycling workouts are also part of the experience. The intention is to help you explore yoga in its full range while caring for the mental and emotional dimensions alongside the physical practice.
Each morning begins with seated practice and breathwork. Yoga asana sessions are offered at several levels, including guided vinyasa classes, exploratory asana classes, and restorative afternoon sessions. This schedule is complemented by different core classes and alternating cycle classes, from silent sunrise rides to relaxed mid-afternoon fun-cycle sessions. You are welcome to join every session or simply choose the ones that feel right for you on a given day. By the end of the retreat, the aim is for you to feel uplifted and clear about your practice.
On New Year’s Eve, a special ceremony will mark 2025 and welcome 2026. This meaningful gathering is designed to help you close and heal the past year, while setting energy and intention for the year ahead with the momentum to carry it forward. The rest of your stay offers a welcome pause from holiday noise and commercial pressure, giving you space to enjoy a true holiday break.
The program starts at 5pm on the first day with a group welcome, and departure is at 12pm on the final day. The schedule may change at the discretion of the teacher.
