Daniel Stringer has been devoted to yoga since first discovering the practice in England in 2003. After completing his initial training with Paul Dallaghan in 2006, he went on to teach in Hong Kong for 10 years, developing a strong foundation in both practice and teaching. He began working with Samahita as a guest teacher in 2014 and joined the team full time in 2018.
Now recognized as a senior teacher, Daniel’s path reflects years of committed training, ongoing study, and dedicated practice. Over time, he has progressed to the most advanced level at Samahita and become a core member of the Centered Yoga team. His teaching is shaped by deep respect for the tradition, alongside continued learning and refinement that support a grounded, thoughtful approach.
Students can expect an experienced teacher who brings clarity, consistency, and depth to every session.
