Kirsten Mia

Warm, vibrant, and deeply experienced, Kirsten Mia brings together a rich background in hospitality, culinary arts, wellness, and yoga. Based in Durban, South Africa, she has lived and traveled across several countries, gaining a broad perspective through exposure to different cultures and life experiences. Her professional journey began in hospitality and as a chef, later expanded into the luxury motor vehicle industry, and ultimately led her to yoga as a lifelong path of growth and service.

In 2017, she completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Samahita in Thailand under the guidance of Paul Dallaghan. This training gave her the tools to teach, strengthen her own practice, and appreciate the value of a balanced, holistic way of living. As a teacher and well being mentor, Kirsten Mia offers an approach that is grounded, welcoming, and informed by real-world experience.
