
Born and raised on Koh Phangan, Thailand, So Diawpradit has been part of Samahita since 2009, supporting guests across wellness programs while also helping them work toward their fitness goals. With extensive experience in fitness and free-weight training, bodyweight resistance training, TRX, and kettlebells, he brings a well-rounded and energetic approach to every session.
So’s background is strengthened by his love of sport, including Muay Thai, football, and running, which adds both variety and challenge to his training style. He trained in Bangkok and has been an ACE Personal Fitness Trainer since 2014. Comfortable working with all fitness levels, So creates effective, engaging sessions designed to support progress, build confidence, and leave guests feeling accomplished.
