
Originally from Ecuador, Emilia Arias G. has followed a lifelong path shaped by creativity, self-discovery, and a strong desire to keep growing. Her background is rooted in practices that nurture inner strength, confidence, balance, and presence, including dance, yoga, meditation, pranayama, martial arts, and fitness. Rather than seeing these as separate disciplines, she views them as connected expressions of awareness that support the body, mind, and soul together.
At 19, Emilia moved to Europe to continue her studies and later trained professionally in contemporary dance in Spain and France. This experience deepened her understanding of the body as a language and as a powerful tool for expression, discipline, and transformation. Her work reflects a warm integration of movement, breath, and mindfulness, inviting others to explore greater embodiment and self-connection through a grounded, creative approach.
