

An 8-class pass offers the chance to gradually immerse yourself in 1.5-hour Dao yoga sessions, where the focus extends beyond movement to include inner concentration and awareness. This practice is built on precise body alignment, conscious breathing, and mindfulness, allowing each class to unfold at a slower pace, with more depth and space to truly feel into your body.
The teacher provides individual attention and adapts supportive props as needed, gently guiding each participant through a personal physical and psycho-emotional process. Psychosomatic work, visualization, and mindfulness practices are woven into the experience, turning every session into a small journey toward inner balance.
With regular Dao yoga practice, you may support physical and emotional harmony, release tension held in the body, strengthen muscles, restore vitality, and settle the mind. After class, the body naturally moves into a state of renewal, while immunity may be supported and new personal and creative insights may emerge.
