Namaste, I’m Sandeep Atri, a proud descendant of the Atri lineage. Born near the sacred land of Kurukshetra, I was introduced to yoga in the most nurturing way possible—through the loving guidance of my first yoga master, my mother. As a devoted practitioner of Bhakti Yoga, she shared with me the values of devotion, love, and spiritual surrender from an early age.
My formative years were shaped by the study of several yogic paths. Through Bhakti, Karma, and Jnana Yoga, I developed a well-rounded understanding of this ancient discipline, weaving devotion, selfless action, and wisdom into everyday life.
After completing school, I followed my curiosity into the worlds of food and hospitality, eager to experience different cultures and lifestyles, especially through food, which has always held special meaning for me as a way to connect people. While these years broadened my outlook, they also revealed a deeper calling within.
The spiritual path of my ancestors eventually drew me back. With renewed purpose, I returned to my roots and devoted myself fully to the study and practice of yoga.
I went on to complete several advanced courses and earned an M.A. in Yoga and Yoga Therapy from Uttarakhand University. This academic journey strengthened my knowledge and refined my ability to share the wisdom of yoga with others.
My mission is to support people in discovering the transformative strength that already exists within them. Through yoga, I hope to help others awaken their inner healing potential and live with balance, harmony, and spiritual fulfillment.
Join me on this sacred path, and together we can explore the limitless possibilities that yoga has to offer.
