“For absolute relaxation, awareness must remain present. This is Yoga Nidra, the state of dynamic sleep” ~ Swami Satyananda Saraswati
Yoga Nidra invites the body, mind, and emotions into deep rest while consciousness stays quietly awake on a subtler level. In this in-between state, between waking and sleep, access to the subconscious and unconscious can arise naturally and without effort.
In this 50-hour Yoga Nidra teacher training in the peaceful Eifel National Park in Heimbach, Germany, you will be introduced to the practice in a clear, experiential way. The course explores how Yoga Nidra supports self-healing by releasing physical, emotional, and mental blockages, and how it may help prevent stress-related conditions such as burnout and anxiety.
Join us and discover more about this profound form of psychic sleep.
This training is part of the Yoga Alliance YACEP program, and the full 50 hours may be counted toward your continuing education hours.
