
Once or twice a year, we host a Saturday daylong designed as an accessible introduction to mindfulness meditation. This all-day experience offers a calm and supportive space for anyone curious about building a meditation practice or deepening their understanding of mindfulness in a guided setting.
Throughout the day, participants can expect a gentle rhythm of instruction, seated meditation, and reflective pauses that create space for presence and inner quiet.
