NO MEETING TONIGHT for people in their 20s/30s: At Home in the World with Max Erdstein

This in-person gathering at IMC offers a welcoming space for people in their 20s and 30s to connect, reflect, and explore what it means to feel at home in the world. Held on Sunday evenings from 7:30 to 9:00 pm, the group meets weekly except on the second Sunday of the month.

Each session includes guided meditation, a short dharma talk, and open group discussion, creating a balanced format that supports both personal reflection and shared conversation. With its friendly, vibrant ongoing community, this offering is designed for those looking to deepen mindfulness practice while engaging with themes that feel especially relevant to this stage of life.

Participants are warmly invited to join this supportive circle and take part in an evening of presence, insight, and connection.
