
Spend your Monday evenings in a calm, welcoming setting designed to support deeper practice and reflection. From 7:15–8:30pm Pacific, Diana Clark guides an evening that begins with a 30-minute silent meditation, followed by a 30-minute Dharma talk offering practical wisdom for everyday life. The final 15 minutes are reserved for questions and shared reflections, creating space for thoughtful conversation and connection. All are welcome, whether you are new to meditation or continuing a long-standing practice.
This gathering is available both in person and as a live broadcast on YouTube, making it easy to join from wherever you are. It offers a quiet pause at the start of the week, with an atmosphere that encourages mindfulness, clarity, and grounded insight. Donations are also welcome in support of Diana and the center.
