This private session offers the teacher’s full attention, creating a safe space to learn asanas and breathwork with correct alignment. After assessing posture and psychosomatic patterns, she works purposefully with the areas of the body that need the most care or helps shift your psycho-emotional state. Supportive props make it possible to explore the most suitable yoga variations, adapted to your individual anatomy. The consultation time may be used for practice or for an open conversation about emotions, habits, lifestyle, and sustainable wellness solutions.
