Dharma Sprouts Program

Designed for families, this program introduces children to meditation and mindfulness in a playful, engaging way. Through stories, songs, art, movement, and games, participants are invited to explore attention, calm, and curiosity in a format that feels natural and accessible for younger ages.

Parents and caregivers join the experience alongside their children, creating a shared space for connection, learning, and presence. The sessions offer a gentle introduction to wellness practices while encouraging creativity, participation, and meaningful interaction between adults and children.

With its welcoming, hands-on approach, the program supports mindful moments that can be enjoyed together and brought into everyday family life.
