Join the Samahita team for a festive retreat that brings together yoga, meditation, core strength work, and cycle classes in one uplifting program. Across the week, you will explore a wide range of practices, from sitting meditation and focused breathwork that develops into pranayama, to the physical side of yoga through asana. In the same spirit as the YogaCoreCycle program, the schedule also includes core strength sessions and cycling workouts. The intention is to help you experience yoga in its full spectrum while also caring for the mental and emotional dimensions that accompany physical practice.
Each morning begins with seated and breath-based practices, followed by yoga asana offered at different levels. Expect guided vinyasa classes, exploratory asana sessions, and restorative afternoon practices. Core classes are woven throughout the program, along with alternating cycle sessions that range from silent sunrise rides to more playful mid-afternoon classes. You are welcome to attend every session or simply choose the ones that suit you best on any given day. By the end of the retreat, the aim is for you to feel clear, uplifted, and confident in your practice.
A Christmas Eve celebration will be part of the experience, while the rest of your time offers a welcome pause from holiday pressure and commercial noise. This is a chance to enjoy a genuine holiday break in a supportive setting.
The program begins with a group welcome at 5pm on the first day of the retreat and ends at 12pm on the final day. The schedule may be adjusted at the teacher’s discretion.
