Tai Chi (Taijiquan) is a Chinese martial art adapted to maintain health, calm the mind, develop the inner senses and generate inner energy.
This exercise is unique in that it is suitable for all ages, as it is performed slowly, focusing inward.
The seemingly simple movements are not as simple as they look.
Come and feel the change!
Exercise not only energises and invigorates, it also relaxes the body and the mind, and is effective in overcoming anxiety disorders, chronic fatigue or stress.
