Vinyasa and Yin come together in this three-week immersion, offering a complete approach to yoga where dynamic flow and deep stillness are taught as one connected system. Rather than treating them as separate styles, the training shows how to sequence intelligently, teach with clarity, and guide students through both energizing movement and restorative quiet with confidence.
Held in the Costa Rican jungle with sweeping ocean views, this experience is designed for practitioners who want more than certification. It is an opportunity to deepen your own practice while gaining the tools to teach real students with precision, calm authority, and a balanced understanding of strength and softness, effort and ease.
Over the course of three weeks, you will study functional anatomy, fascia mechanics, intelligent sequencing, philosophy, and meditation, while also exploring how to adapt your teaching to different needs. Peter’s approach emphasizes real understanding: how bodies move, how to structure a class, and how to guide students in a way that is thoughtful and effective.
Testimonial: “Peter has a distinct ability to read the energy of his students and therefore teaches with the right amount of guidance and instruction. I'm leaving his training a stronger person, feeling empowered every time I step on and off my mat grateful for all the tools I learned during the training.” – Rebecca

How a 3 Week YTT Schedule Works:
This 200-hour yoga teacher training covers the essential elements of yoga, from asana and movement anatomy to pranayama, philosophy, and more. In addition to the scheduled teaching hours with Peter, students are expected to complete required reading of about 300 pages, including philosophy, the manual, anatomy, and related material. Homework is also part of the process, along with a final exam paper and a project / karma yoga assignment.
The training includes 160 contact hours with Peter: 8 1/2 hours per day, plus 7 evenings of 2 hours and 3 days off.
Also included is a one-year subscription to Peter’s online studying platform, Yogidia.com, where you can study classes and asanas before arrival. After signing up, 10 hours of class/asana practice and study should be spent on the sequences provided by the teacher.
Students must also have a minimum of 10 hours of yoga practice before arriving. Details on how to prove these hours are available upon request.
To receive certification, students will be asked to teach and/or study for 20 hours after the training ends. These personalized assignments will be discussed with Peter before being given to the student.
Prerequisites:
You should be able to participate in a coherent yoga class. There is no requirement to have advanced experience, exceptional flexibility, or the ability to do a handstand or similar poses.
What matters most is a sincere interest in learning the basic principles of yoga, along with the surrounding branches of the practice, such as breathing, relaxation, meditation, anatomy, philosophy, correction, and a general understanding of the body. During the training, you will move through everything from gentle to more demanding exercises and asana construction.
