Richard (Moinhos Velhos Juice Detox & Yoga Retreat)

With 25 years of experience, Richard brings a rich and integrative approach to wellness, drawing from Chinese medicine, yoga, meditation, dance and movement, Native American mysticism, tantra, and community living. His work reflects a deep understanding of the body, mind, and spirit, offering participants a grounded yet expansive space for exploration and growth.

As a teacher, Richard weaves together ancient wisdom and embodied practice in a way that feels both accessible and inspiring. His sessions invite reflection, presence, and a deeper connection to human nature, supporting those who are seeking meaningful personal development and inner balance.

He is also the author of “Understanding Human Nature, A User’s Guide To Life”, a book that reflects his lifelong interest in the complexities of being human and living with awareness. Whether through movement, meditation, or shared inquiry, Richard creates experiences that encourage insight, connection, and transformation.
