All levels are warmly welcome to join this experience. The workshop is designed with long, supported holds and the thoughtful use of props to help release tension in the fascia, creating a sense of ease, spaciousness, and freedom throughout the body.

Participants can expect a steady, grounding pace that encourages deep unwinding and mindful presence. The session will close with a guided deep relaxation, followed by a short meditation to support integration and leave you feeling calm, restored, and centered.
