Our signature three-day retreat program is designed as a guided, therapeutic deep dive on an island near Vancouver, offering a safe setting to explore the power and beauty of psychedelics.
Perhaps you have been carrying something for years. Perhaps therapy has helped, but only up to a point. Or maybe life appears steady on the outside, while internally you feel disconnected, stuck, or quietly grey. Many guests consider this step for months, even years, before deciding they are ready.
This retreat is for those who feel called to move through that doorway.
Once a thorough intake process is complete, the preparation phase begins. This stage is focused on building trust and co-creating clear intentions for your journey. You will also be introduced to supportive practices such as breathwork and cold exposure, both of which can help regulate the nervous system ahead of journey day.
(1-2 weeks)
The three-day ceremony begins, guided by a strong facilitator team. Together, we create a personalized medicine journey tailored to your needs. The experience combines inward-directed journeying with nature-based therapies to help you receive the fullest benefit from the retreat. Safety is always a priority, with a facilitator-to-guest ratio of 1:2.
(1 day)
Integration is one of the most important parts of any psychedelic experience. In this phase, we help you anchor the insights, emotions, and sensations that arise during the journey and bring them into daily life. The ceremony may end, but the work continues through integration.
(1-2 weeks)
Lasting integration is supported by community. We are proud to partner with one of the world’s largest and most diverse psychedelic communities, offering ongoing support beyond the retreat. All Legacy Journey clients receive a free membership with The Flying Sage, which includes professional support, courses, and access to virtual and in-person events.
(lifetime)
