Gabrielle Bachand is a breathwork facilitator, somatic coach, and microdosing guide dedicated to helping others reconnect with the body’s natural capacity for healing. Her approach is grounded in compassionate inquiry, somatic awareness, and a deep respect for the connection between nature and self. She supports people in cultivating presence and body-centered awareness, offering guidance that brings more clarity, care, and steadiness to the healing process.
Inspired by her own experience of transitioning off antidepressants with support from microdosing mushrooms, breathwork, and other healing modalities, Gabrielle now offers microdosing coaching with a strong commitment to sharing the tools, insights, and embodied practices that continue to support her own path as a ceremonialist.
As a devoted carrier of her plant ally, Tobacco, Gabrielle holds a deep relationship with Hapé medicine and the wisdom of plant traditions. She approaches these sacred practices with reverence, honoring their roots and offering them with respect and care.
Gabrielle currently facilitates private journeys and retreat-based experiences in collaboration with Legacy Journeys. She continues to deepen her practice through immersive training with the Somatic Embodiment Academy, where she studied trauma-informed somatic coaching and breathwork facilitation. She has also expanded her understanding of Internal Family Systems (IFS) for psychedelic facilitators and often weaves IFS Parts Work into her sessions.
Her work invites others to soften into themselves, remember what has always lived within, and reconnect with the sacred tools that can guide us toward truth and greater awareness.
