Sitting and Talk With tbd

Join a quiet Sunday morning gathering that begins with meditation and continues with an open talk, offered in person at IMC and streamed live for remote participants. The meditation begins at 9:25 am, followed by the talk at 10:00 am, and the program concludes by 10:45 am, making it a gentle and accessible way to start the day.

Those unable to attend onsite can still take part through the YouTube livestream or the IMC website livestream, allowing the experience to be shared from wherever you are. The format offers space to settle in, listen deeply, and move from stillness into reflection in a calm, welcoming setting.
