Rounding can support a significant shift in your development, helping to release long-held stress and encouraging a more expanded state of awareness to settle in.
What's involved:
- you’ll be introduced to a simple sequence of yoga poses (asanas) and a breathing technique (pranayama)
- we’ll show you how to weave it into your current meditation routine
- you’ll take a closer look at the mechanics of Rounding and its impact on your development
- join us in person at Notting Hill Gate for a two-hour session, including group meditation
Who this is for:
- suitable for both beginners and more experienced meditators
- no yoga experience is needed, as the asanas are very simple
- if you already know how to Round, you’re welcome to join as a refresher to refine your technique and understanding, and we’ll guide you in reintroducing Rounding into your weekly routine
