Join us every Tuesday from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. for a calming group meditation experience designed to support stillness, presence, and inner balance. Each session offers a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and share the quiet energy of meditating alongside others.

Throughout the group, participants will explore a range of meditation approaches and modalities, allowing for a fresh experience each week. Whether you are new to meditation or already have an established practice, this gathering offers an accessible and supportive environment to deepen your mindfulness and discover different ways of settling the mind.

Come as you are and enjoy an hour set aside for reflection, relaxation, and gentle inner focus in a peaceful group setting.
