Hello! I’m Vincent, a Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Dance Movement Therapist with experience in the mental health field since 2019, when I began my graduate studies and served as a group facilitator for people living with addiction. My work as a counselor is rooted in the belief that support can be a guiding force for those navigating challenge, helping them reconnect with resilience, inner strength, and a deeper sense of possibility.
Using a client-centered approach, I aim to walk alongside each person through their process with a strengths-based perspective. Rather than focusing on limitations, I support a shift toward resourcefulness, capacity, and the recognition of wholeness. I am especially interested in the relationship between body, mind, and emotions, and in how these aspects can be explored individually and brought together to support a more integrated experience of wellness, safety, and healing.
My approach has been shaped not only by formal education, but also by personal experience, which has inspired a life of service and a commitment to helping others move through resistance and build lasting growth. I have found that somatic awareness, combined with strengths-based and solutions-focused counseling, can be a powerful way to help clients move toward their goals and feel more connected to who they are.
At the heart of my work is a commitment to meeting each client’s unique needs and intentions. Whether someone is seeking a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to be fully heard, looking to build tools for managing symptoms, or hoping to move through discomfort and resistance, I strive to offer presence, encouragement, and thoughtful guidance. I view each client as the expert in their own life, and myself as a co-pilot helping with navigation. It is a privilege to serve in this way, and I look forward to being present with you on this path.
