This approach not only helps you grow stronger, but also supports pain prevention, boosts physical fitness, and awakens inner energy. Over time, it can also improve flexibility and create a greater sense of balance and emotional harmony.
Each exercise includes several levels of difficulty, making the training suitable for a wide range of participants, from beginners to advanced movers. It is also appropriate for women before and after childbirth.
