A year-long journey designed for practitioners ages 18–27, this program invites participants to deepen their meditation practice while growing in community and purpose. Over the course of the year, Fellows are supported in exploring mindfulness in a way that feels both personal and practical, with space to reflect, connect, and strengthen their inner resources.
Alongside meditation, the experience emphasizes meaningful service, encouraging participants to bring compassion into action in their everyday lives and communities. It is an opportunity to learn alongside others who share similar values, build lasting connections, and develop a more grounded relationship with practice.
This immersive journey offers a thoughtful balance of personal growth, collective learning, and service, creating a supportive environment for young adults who want to engage more deeply with meditation and contribute with intention.
