Completed in 28 days, the course offers RYT 500 eligibility and is designed for 200-hour graduates who are ready to deepen their practice and grow into expert teachers. The training explores advanced Hatha, Ashtanga, yoga anatomy, and meditation in a setting that supports both discipline and inner reflection.
Held at Rishikul Yogshala in Varkala, this fully registered Yoga Alliance USA school offers a structured and supportive learning environment. The program goes far beyond foundational study, balancing strong physical practice with the quieter, more subtle dimensions of yoga. You will refine what you already know, then move into more advanced techniques that strengthen your understanding, confidence, and teaching ability.
Throughout the training, you will study the connection between body, mind, and energy in greater depth. Topics include advanced anatomy, Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, restorative poses, meditation, yoga therapy, and pranayama. The course also includes daily reflection and practical teaching experience, helping you develop the skills needed to create positive change for yourself and your future students.
As part of the final stage, you will lead your own demo class. This hands-on teaching practice is designed to build confidence and help you discover your authentic voice as a teacher. On completion, you will receive a 300-hour Yoga Alliance USA certificate, making you eligible for RYT 500 status.

You will also explore Ayurvedic science through both theory and practical sessions, including Panchakarma, marma points, cooking practices, herbal detox drinks, and local support for lower back pain.
