Ujjwal

Yoga Philosophy

Ujjwal is an accomplished yoga teacher with both graduate and postgraduate qualifications in yoga, bringing together the depth of traditional yogic wisdom and the clarity of modern scientific research. His teaching reflects a holistic perspective that looks beyond the physical practice, highlighting the mental, emotional, and therapeutic dimensions of yoga, with a strong foundation in the Yoga Sutras.

His academic work has also contributed to the broader study of yoga, including research published in the Yantra journal of NIMHANS in 2023. This blend of scholarship and lived practice helps connect ancient teachings with contemporary scientific validation.

Known for his warm and approachable style, Ujjwal makes yoga feel accessible to practitioners of all levels. Whether students are seeking personal growth, improved well-being, or therapeutic support, he creates a supportive space where yoga becomes more than a practice — it becomes a meaningful way of life. At Rishikul Yogshala, he guides students with authenticity, care, and evidence-based understanding on their wellness journey.
