Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa, Adjustments and Alignment
My yoga journey started in 2014, and it has since become a meaningful part of my daily life. In 2018, while studying for my Master’s degree, I began teaching and discovered how rewarding it is to share this practice with others. Since then, I have devoted myself fully to yoga, continually deepening both my personal practice and teaching approach.
My expertise includes:
- Hatha Yoga: I teach the essential postures and breathing techniques that support a strong foundation in yoga.
- Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga: I have a solid understanding of the Primary and Intermediate series, which helps me guide students through this structured and progressively demanding practice.
- Vinyasa Yoga: I value the fluidity and creativity of Vinyasa, and I create thoughtful sequences that are accessible for students at different levels.
- Adjustments and Alignment: I focus on safe, effective practice and offer clear adjustments to support alignment and help reduce the risk of injury.
Alongside my technical knowledge, I bring a positive, patient, and supportive teaching style. I aim to create a welcoming and inclusive space where students feel at ease exploring their practice and moving toward their full potential.
