Description

Take the next step in your yoga path with this 300-hour training in Kerala, India. Completed over 28 days, this advanced program offers eligibility for RYT 500 and is designed for 200-hour graduates ready to deepen their practice and teaching skills. The course brings together advanced Hatha, Ashtanga, yoga anatomy, meditation, pranayama, and restorative work in a setting that supports focused growth.

Held at Rishikul Yogshala in Varkala, this is a fully registered Yoga Alliance USA school offering a comprehensive and immersive learning experience. The training is intended for practitioners who have already completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and are prepared for a more refined, in-depth exploration of yoga. It balances strong physical practice with philosophy, inner work, and teaching development.

Throughout the month, you will study the deeper relationship between body, mind, and energy. The curriculum includes advanced anatomy, Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, yoga therapy, pranayama, meditation, restorative asana, and cleansing techniques. You will also refine the foundational knowledge you already have before moving into more challenging practices that support personal transformation and professional confidence.

A key part of the training is the final demo class, where you will teach in a practical setting. This experience helps build confidence and supports the development of your own authentic teaching voice. By the end of the course, you will be better prepared to guide students with clarity, skill, and presence.

The program includes a certificate from Yoga Alliance USA upon completion, making you eligible for RYT 500 status. Please note that prior completion of a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is required for enrollment.
