Set in the spiritual heart of Rishikesh, this immersive training offers a meaningful path for anyone ready to deepen their yoga practice within a focused timeframe. Surrounded by the calm presence of the Himalayas, the experience combines traditional teachings, self-discipline, meditation, and holistic learning to support both inner growth and physical development.

Designed for students with limited time, the program spans 14 days and 14 nights at Om Shanti Om Yoga Ashram. It covers the first half of the 200-hour yoga teacher training curriculum and introduces all Hatha yoga asanas in a structured and practical way. The course is suitable for beginners and for anyone seeking a strong foundation in authentic yogic practice, awareness, concentration, relaxation, and peace.

Main areas of study include:

  • Yoga philosophy (Darshana) – history, ethics, Indian culture, kundalini, and essential yogic knowledge
  • Dhyana (meditation) – practices that support self-realisation, emotional balance, and mental clarity
  • Pranayama – traditional breathing techniques, mudras, bandhas, and lung-capacity development
  • Mantra chanting – sacred sound practices for a clearer, more focused mind
  • Hatha and Vinyasa yoga – detailed study of postures and correct practice
  • Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga – primary series practice focused on breath, movement, internal cleansing, and circulation
