With a Master’s degree in Yoga and more than ten years of personal Yoga Nidra practice in Rishikesh ashrams, he offers a rare balance of scholarly insight and lived experience.
His calm, steady voice, shaped through years of guiding meditation and mantra chanting, helps create the sense of safety and stillness essential for Yoga Nidra. Rooted in the Swami Satyananda Saraswati tradition of systematic rotation of consciousness, his teaching also incorporates modern script-writing techniques for clarity and precision. Students often describe his sessions as the deepest rest they have ever experienced.
During the teaching practicum, Sajan personally mentors each student, supporting them in developing authentic voice presence, confidence, and the ability to lead Yoga Nidra with care and integrity.
