About Liz Gross

“I believe true healing begins when the soul and body come into alignment.” — Liz Gross

Liz is a gifted energy, sound, and vibration healer, as well as an intuitive practitioner who supports people in releasing scar tissue and energetic blockages in the body. She also teaches yoga, meditation, and healing with Roy on retreats. Liz often prepares some of the food on our retreats, and she is an amazing cook.

In addition, Liz draws on her knowledge of astrology, Human Design, and the Gene Keys to help people better understand themselves and their purpose.

“When you consciously connect with the life force within, you become aware of and able to communicate with the flow of energy that links you to spirit. I feel deeply passionate about Vibrational Medicine and love supporting others in this way, helping them connect with their purpose and passion in life. Vibrational Energy Medicine helps bring the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies back into balance, opening the way for the body’s healing systems to rebuild.”
