Based in Goa, Eleonora is a yoga and meditation teacher with many years of devoted Vipassana practice, as well as a passionate breathwork practitioner and ecstatic dancer.
Her journey into meditation began in London in 2010, after which she immersed herself in the wider path of yoga, building a strong foundation in Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, and Yin.
She studied Life and Business Coaching at The Coaching Academy in London, where she lived for many years, and later completed Counselling studies at The Gestalt Centre in 2014.
Eleonora teaches Traditional Hatha, Hatha and Vinyasa Flow, Yin, mindfulness theory and practice, yoga foundations and philosophy, and conscious marketing for yoga teachers.
Her work is rooted in the deep traditions of yoga, tantra, and mindfulness, offering an embodied and holistic approach to vibrant, connected living.
Her signature practice, Prana Body Flow, is described as a Tantra-infused dynamic yoga practice that blends mindfulness, mudras, and pranayama techniques. This meditative movement journey invites each experience to be guided by the Heart/Tantra, opening participants to the flow of the universe, trust in instinct and inner intelligence, and a reverence for ritual and mystic love that supports alchemical transformation.
From 2010 to 2017, Eleonora shared yoga and meditation within creative communities in North and East London. She has also studied and taught meditation practices from the Theravada Buddhist tradition, including Metta Bhavana, which emphasizes self-love, self-awareness, loving-kindness, and forgiveness, as well as mindfulness and breathing practices that have supported many people in healing from depression and stress-related challenges.
In 2014, she became a meditation facilitator at the London Buddhist Centre in East London.
Her first yoga teacher training was in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in 2015. In 2016, she offered yoga classes with Ourmala, supporting refugee and asylum-seeking women in the UK.
She completed a 200-hour multi-style yoga teacher training in Goa in 2018, followed by a 300-hour multi-style and Yin yoga teacher training there in 2019. She has also taught in Auroville, Tamil Nadu, and Rishikesh.
