
Chandrika has been practicing and traveling across many regions of India, from Kashmir to Chennai, while exploring a wide range of spiritual traditions. Her yoga journey began in 2011, and since then she has deepened her path through experiences at the Himalayan Iyengar center in Dharamkot, the Krishnamacharya center in Chennai, and a Shaivism center in Kashmir.
Guided by sincerity and a strong inner calling, Chandrika brings a holistic approach to her classes. Her sessions weave together philosophy, asana, meditation, and pranayama, creating a well-rounded experience that supports both body and mind. Participants can expect a space that feels grounded, thoughtful, and nourishing, leaving them feeling peaceful, rejuvenated, and balanced.
