Alexandra Denkinger is an Acupuncture Therapist (M.D.Acu), Yoga teacher (RYT500), and a Body-Mind-Soul bio-hacker devoted to helping people step into a more authentic, healthy way of living.
A lifelong seeker on a personal journey of self-discovery, she explored many yoga styles and healing systems along the way. Nearly two decades ago, she moved from Germany to India to deepen her study of Ayurveda and yoga. Life then led her into motherhood and a pause from her path, but she later returned to her practice full time. Today, her mission is to support others in experiencing optimal health and lasting transformation.
She facilitates Yin Yoga teacher training and leads Yin Yoga sessions that weave together the ancient wisdom of acupuncture meridians and chi flow within a meditative yoga practice. In a Daoist/Zen spirit, her approach highlights the value of breath, insight, and intuition, encouraging a lifestyle that feels aligned with our deepest self. This work stimulates meridian energy flow and activates the body’s natural healing powers. The result is a practice that refreshes, rejuvenates, and awakens life force. Suitable for all levels, Yin Yoga is also a valuable complement to more dynamic exercise and active yoga styles.
