Yoga en la Playa

Experience the joy of yoga with the soothing rhythm of the waves and a gentle sea breeze as your backdrop at Beach Flow Yoga by Blaumeer Yoga, where calm meets transformation.

Discover the magic of beach yoga with Chris.

⦿ Join us for beachside yoga at Espigón Bogatelle on Saturday mornings.

⦿ We practice on firm, solid ground facing the sea.

⦿ In harmony with the elements: feel the unique interplay between the stability of the earth beneath you and the fluid energy inspired by the ocean nearby, deepening your yoga practice.

⦿ Each session begins with a grounding warm-up, helping you settle in and prepare both body and mind.

⦿ The practice blends yoga traditions with flowing movement, creating a dynamic and creative sequence.

⦿ All levels are welcome: whether you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, there is space for you here. Our approach is inclusive, with variations offered for everyone.

For most of the year, the practice takes place on the beach.

Only when the weather does not cooperate do we move indoors to our cozy shala.

Bring your yoga mat or rent one for the session by sending Chris a personal message the day before.

You will love the sense of community here.
