Cold water & breath
Experience the restorative power of nature through guided breathwork and meditation by the river, followed by a group cold water immersion in the waterfall. Yoga

Leo Oppenheim
Leo is a multi-disciplinary yoga instructor specialising in balance, core stability, breathwork, and cold water therapy. He brings together a range of techniques to support breathing, strength, conditioning, and focus. With a natural gift for creating a safe and supportive environment, Leo helps everyone in the room feel grounded and held.
Friday: Arrivals 5pm, cake and juice, evening yoga, followed by welcome dinner.
Saturday: Morning yoga, breakfast, guided cold water immersion and meditation, lunch, massage, cake and juice, breathwork, and dinner.
Sunday: Morning yoga, breakfast, guided cold water immersion and meditation, walk and farewell lunch, departures 4pm.
All meals are included. The plant-based menu is designed to support recovery, boost immunity, and nourish the body after each cold water immersion. Rich in energising and healing nutrients, it helps restore balance, reduce inflammation, and promote overall well-being. Delicious and satisfying, it supports your journey of renewal with every meal. All retreats are alcohol free.
