How The Leadership Retreat Unfolds
This retreat is designed for founders and senior leaders carrying the demands of growth.
Day 1 - Decompression & Awareness
Guests arrive, settle in, and begin stepping out of day-to-day pressure. This first stage creates space to slow down, disconnect from work mode, and reflect honestly on stress, responsibility, and what success may currently be costing them.
Day 2 - Clarity & Recovery
The second day offers a deeper reset through breathwork, nervous system regulation, leadership pressure, and sustainable performance. Guests explore burnout, decision fatigue, emotional shutdown, and the habits that make high performers struggle to switch off, with built-in time for rest, reflection, and integration.
Day 3 — Leadership Under Pressure
The final day shifts into challenge and empowerment. Through experiences such as ice bath work, arrow breaking, rebar bending, board breaking, and firewalking, guests practice staying calm under pressure, facing hesitation, and building confidence, courage, and emotional control.

After years of living at full speed through RAF service, running multiple businesses, and raising a large family, they reached a point where success no longer felt fulfilling. Life was busy, but not balanced.
When illness and burnout forced them to slow down, they began a deeper healing journey and rediscovered what truly matters: peace, presence, and purpose. From that turning point, Tranquil Waters Retreat was born.
Today, they hold space for others to experience that same shift: to pause, release, and reconnect with who they really are. Their mission is simple: to help guests return home to themselves, lighter, calmer, and more alive than ever.
They will be there to welcome guests personally, support them throughout the retreat journey, and remind them that peace was always within reach.

Woodland Suite
Designed for comfort and ease, this spacious suite offers a restful setting with a grand solid oak super king bed and a bamboo memory foam mattress for deeply restorative sleep. Crisp 100% cotton bed linen, fluffy towels, and robes are provided for your stay, adding a thoughtful touch throughout.
The room’s favorite chaise lounge invites you to settle in and unwind, while high ceilings, exposed beams, and dual aspect windows create a bright, airy atmosphere. A wardrobe, chest of drawers, and generous desk or dressing table make it easy to unpack and feel at home, whether you are here for a short break or a longer stay.
The en-suite bathroom includes a double shower, heated towel rail, and complimentary luxury toiletries. An aromatherapy diffuser with a choice of oils is also available, helping you relax, recharge, or simply enjoy a calmer moment in the room. Sleeps 3.
Sunset Suite
Designed as the property’s most exclusive suite, this elegant space opens through bi-fold doors onto a private roof terrace, creating an inviting setting for both quiet lounging and relaxed dining. Inside, the suite is furnished with king-size twin zip-link beds and a luxurious bamboo memory foam mattress, making restful sleep a clear priority. A wardrobe and chest of drawers provide plenty of room to unpack and settle in, while a lounge chair with footstool adds an extra touch of comfort.
Pure cotton bed linen, fluffy towels, and robes are provided for your stay, adding to the sense of ease and indulgence. The en-suite bathroom includes a generous walk-in shower, a heated towel rail, and luxury complimentary toiletries. To help you unwind in the way that suits you best, an aromatherapy diffuser is also available with your choice of oils, whether you want to relax, refresh, or feel re-energised.
Blossom Suite
Overlooking the garden, this charming suite offers a peaceful setting designed for rest and ease. The solid oak king-size sleigh bed, paired with a luxurious bamboo memory foam mattress, creates an inviting space for a truly restorative night’s sleep. A velvet wingback lounge chair with a matching footstool adds a refined touch, perfect for quiet moments with a book or a cup of tea.
With high ceilings and exposed beams, the room feels spacious, airy, and full of character. There is also a generous walk-in wardrobe and dressing area, plus a chest of drawers, making it easy to unpack and settle in as though you were at home.

A comfortable lounge chair and bookcase stocked with a few favourite reads invite you to slow down and unwind at your own pace.
The en-suite bathroom adds to the soothing experience with a large bath perfect for a candlelit, bubbly soak, as well as a shower over the bath.
