
Leo is a multi-discipline yoga instructor with a special focus on balance, core stability, breathwork, and cold water therapy, alongside slacklining and balance boarding. Leo uses a range of techniques to help participants work with the breath more fully while building strength, conditioning, and focus. His teaching is varied, with yang and restorative yoga at its core. Bringing extensive experience from the health and fitness industry, he is the head trainer at BLOK Studio Manchester and a committed advocate for mental health and wellbeing.
