Description

What will we do during these activities?

During the class our aim will be to create a harmonious and holistic experience for body, mind and soul. It will be a journey into the world of yoga, where physical exercise, depth of breath and inner peace merge. Here's what we'll be doing during our yoga class:

1. Exercise:
We will start with light exercises to warm up the muscles and relax. We will gradually move to deeper and more flexible asanas that will help open up the body's energy flow and strengthen the body. The sequence of asanas will be coordinated to engage all segments of the body, helping to improve flexibility and strength.

2. Breathing techniques:
Breathing is the most important part of yoga practice. We will delve into breathing techniques to help balance energy, reduce stress and refresh the mind.

3. Flexibility and strength:
We will focus not only on the flexibility of the body, but also on its strength. Each exercise will give you the opportunity to test your limits in order to balance both aspects. This will help to strengthen the muscles, improve posture and tone the whole body.

4. Meditation and relaxation:
At the end of the class we will go deeper into meditation. This will be your time to rest, relax and delve into your inner space. We will maintain a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, giving you the opportunity to spend more time with yourself.

5. Inner Awareness Practice:
Along with practical exercises and meditation, we will make time for inner awareness. We will bring your attention to the present moment, paying close attention to body sensations, thoughts and emotions. This will help you to disconnect from the noise of everyday life and focus on the here and now.

6. Yoga philosophy and spiritual values:
During the class we will be inspired by the philosophy of yoga and spiritual values. Yoga is rooted in a centuries-old tradition that aims not only to maintain physical health, but also to promote spiritual development. We will talk about the modern applications of yoga philosophy. These principles will help you not only to relax your body, but also to open up new perspectives on life.

All this will be done with care and attention to your individual needs and capabilities. This will be your time to surrender yourself to the joy of yoga, to find inner peace and to revive your energy.
